course will involve
Training sessions, Fitness sessions, weekly home work
Weekly Ranking tournaments, Individual Assessment of players
Learning to connect shuttles, hit over the net, continue rallies
Learning footwork, movements, strokes, services
Learning rules, techniques, tactics, game play
Advanced techniques, tournaments, speed, agility, conditioning

Appropriate level of drills, techniques, fitness programs, game play, are provided to Beginner, Intermediate and advanced level students in each age group

The Class Format

Details of the sessions

Sign in &Warm up 
Players are required to sign in the computer and then
go through a series of warm up runs and exercises led by one of the coaches.  After the warm ups, Players are allocated into groups of 4 according to the ranking tournament results from the previous lesson

Each group of players go through on court and off court training programs led by the coaches according to the session plan for the day in the approximate time slots of 20 minutes. The players will move to different courts, coaches and off court training locations as allocated and displayed in the computer screen during the session.                  
One of the 20 minutes session will be a ladder competition  in order to assess the Ranking level of each player on a weekly basis.
Beginner level players will go through a separate program as determined by the coaches based on the levels of players .
Once a month all players will go through an extensive fitness program for half an hour.
